Thank you for choosing our company for your special event. Your privacy is paramount at Seal It Forever Events. We will not sell, distribute or disseminate information that is personally related to you or your event prior, during or after such an event.
Your personal information will remain in strict confidence for security purposes.
An exception to this rule is granted for our approved sub-contractors or other vendors who are directly involved in the process. However, your personal information such as addresses and phone numbers will not be given out unless necessary in due process. Seal It Forever Events will not be responsible for other third parties who may acquire such information by any means of contact. We will do our best to monitor such activities.
For reference purposes, IF you choose to participate, your e-mail address may be given to prospective clients.
We will contact you ahead of time to inform you of such a request. However, you may choose not to participate as we respect and understand your decision. Instead, we kindly request that you would be able to participate in our brief written survey mailed after your event. Only your first and last names, the event date and type of event will only be displayed on the form. This survey is mailed to all clients regardless of the additional e-mail participation. Your feedback is greatly appreciated in order to improve or expand our services.
Your returned survey may or may not be used in marketing to prospective clients.

Payment Methods:
Seal It Forever Events gladly accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Cards, Personal & Company Checks, Cash, Money Orders & Wire Transfers. However, for returned checks from the bank, we charge a $ 35.00 fee per check.
Services will not be provided unless checks clear the financial institution. On credit card transactions, a credit card authorization form must be filled out. We will provide you with one.
A 50% deposit is required upfront for any services provided. The full balance is due 30 days prior to your event. Some exceptions may apply depending on the circumstance.
A contract will be provided with every service ordered. Please read your contract and any other attachments carefully and please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
